This policy explains what information Mashup Digitizing ("we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to quote, produce, and deliver your order, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, the service you need, size, format, deadline, notes, and any artwork files you upload.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Orders: the files we deliver, and payment and invoice records.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives basic request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve pages and keep the site secure.
• Visit statistics: our own website analytics records which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and the general type of device and browser.

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. See our Cookie Policy for what is stored in your browser.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, produce your files, and deliver them.
• To contact you about your order, revisions, and payment.
• To keep business and tax records.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it and our services.

We don't use your information for marketing without your permission. Finished work may appear in our portfolio as described in our Terms & Conditions; your personal details are never shown with it.

Your artwork

Artwork you send us is used only to work on your request. We don't share it with anyone else or use it in our ready-made design collection.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, email provider, and payment provider, and only for that purpose. When you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and order files for as long as needed to handle your order and future revisions or reorders, and business records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email info@mashupdigitizing.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We're based in Pakistan and serve customers worldwide, so your information is handled in Pakistan and by service providers that may be located in other countries. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it's processed.

Security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and limit access to your information to people who need it to handle your order. No system is completely secure, so please don't send us information we don't need, such as payment card numbers, by email.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
